Dr. Sara Murdock is an award-winning expert in ethical Organizational Development and Visionary Leadership.

Dr. Murdock serves as a pioneer in the field of Organizational Development, with a focus on Human Capital. Her expertise includes Learning & Development, employer/employee relations, and big picture strategy for long term organizational ethics. Dr. Murdock has led initiatives and departments with global startups, nonprofits, and traditional corporations alike due to her ability to establish respect and rapport in a way that fuels meaningful growth and drives authentic communications. Sara cements her mantra, “Change isn’t hard, it’s human” into every thread of her proven methodology, responsible for helping hundreds of organizations set the standard in ethical Organizational Development. With a 20+ year track record in catalyzing profound and necessary shifts in the workplace, Sara is frequently sought after as an executive, advisor, speaker, and author. Her credentials include a Ph.D. in Social Science, an MA in Organizational Development, and a BA in Culture. A trained dancer, in her free time, Sara enjoys partner dancing, cooking, and traveling.
